Im definitely becoming a fan of Sanderson's novellas; I like being able to enjoy his writing without having to dedicate a million hours to his longer books. That being said, Legion was not my favorite of his books that I've read. I think I was going into it expecting a more character driven story (similar to The Emperor's Soul), but there wasnt much development for any of the characters in Legion. The plot was super interesting though and I probably will go for the next book in this series. There is def a lot of potential to explore how the human mind works and copes with traumatic events. I am interested to see where this story goes!

Can only recommend this if you’re a Sanderson completionist like me. The core idea is interesting but then there is an extra layer of disbelief required that took me completely out of it. At least it was a short read.

I heard Sanderson is planning some sequels. I SURE HOPE SO, because if not I felt this was a set-up and needs more in order to be good. It's like reading the first chapter of something. It's like watching Firefly then realizing it just ends (okay, not that good, but you get the picture).

Y si las allucionaciones fueran utiles? pues de eso va el libro. Super interesante como trata algunas enfermedades mentales, lo he disfrutado mucho. Final muy impactante.

A strong introduction to the series, in which a troubled genius hallucinates manifestations of his expertise. These people are invisible to everyone else, but they advise and assist in the hero's work as a consulting detective, here tracking down a camera that can apparently take pictures of the past. Both the case and the character are fun concepts and a refreshing change from Sanderson's usual high fantasy.

This is more like a short story than a book, but I deeply hope it becomes a full length book or a series. Sanderson is already a fantastic author and in this novel he introduces a character (if you can use singular for him) that is so fantastically unique and fascinating as to carry many books and leave you enthralled the entire time. I only hope those books are forthcoming.
