There is just so much that happens in this book that makes it hard for me to wrap my head round all of it, but it probably makes this one my favourite of the lot. Just gives me a whole lot of feelings.

This quote also hits home:

"You are sacred vessels," the duke said. "It is an honor to be chosen?”
"I find that a very male thing to assume."

The best one yet! I love the multiple perspectives and the characters currently in play. This was the real turning point for the series, I think.

I felt like this book started out strong and then had a 100 or so page lull in the middle before picking up again. Once it started going at the end it really went. It was very fast-paced and interesting. Really good.
