Incredibly atmospheric. I felt like I was on Cypress Key. I love a book that can convince me it's a certain season in a certain place. Highly recommend Beach Town for anyone seeking a mental summer getaway. While the book was set in summery place, it was gritty when needed, and full of plenty of emotional punches. Lots of sand. Lots of heart.

A fun romance with a titch of mystery, great characters (good and bad guys), and a wonderful summer location.

Cute, predictable, light read

Easy funny beach read

Very good and my first book by this author. Easy to read and the characters were easy to relate to.. although I predicted the ending halfway through, it is still worth it .

I took this out of the library in July 2016 and realized I had definitely read it before. Think I read it last summer. Can't remember if it was 3 stars or 4 but my recollection is that it wasn't one of my favorites (though any Mary Kay Andrews is fun!)
