I typically jive with Cora’s books, but I feel like this book was 400 pages of unnecessary information, and I skimmed this book. At least 55-60% of it was rehashing what had been written in other books, and the other parts were frustrating. Aria kept making the same mistakes several times in a repetitive manner. Certain scenes that should have taken more time were way too short. I really don’t think this book is necessary unless you are a big fan of the series.
Aria and Luca had absolutely no business being this cute. Something about the sweet and caring nature of Aria and the cold-hearted "I hate everyone in the world but you" vibe of Luca just worked so well together in this story. I was so emotionally invested and I was literally giggling at the scenes where they were being all romantic with each other.

I wish we had less of the recap from previous books in this one. It could have been a shorter read. That being said, I I love how this author writes. All the emotions and actions kept me fully engaged in Luca’s and Aria’s story.

I love this book so much. The emotional roller coaster I was put on was insane. I absolutely loved the layout of this book. I love that we went all the way back to where we left off on Aria and Luca’s POV and got to see their side of things. I really love mother hen Aria. She really unites everyone so well. I absolutely love Gianna and Matteo. They are the cutest aunt and uncle ever. They’re by far my favorite couple. They always make me laugh. I love them. I loved all the twist and turns. I loved Luca cutting out that guys tongue for disrespecting his honorable wife. I loved seeing how Fabiano became a part of the Camorra. I am very intrigued about his book. I am very interested in Remo Falcone. My man sounds insane and hot as hell. Can’t wait to read his book either. I absolutely love this series. I feel so immersed in this world. I haven’t felt this way since Game of Thrones and that’s high fantasy. So to me it’s crazy. I think I’m gonna force myself to take a break, even though I don’t want to, so I don’t run out of books to read, lol. Still sad we don’t have a book about Bibiana.

if I saw luca in real life I would throw hands....how tf are u gonna cheat, accuse ur pregnant gf of doing that, and then be just like whoopsie 🤭 aria is on drugs or somethin is2g that man needs 500+ pages of groveling 💀 I would've let it slide if she wasn't begging for crumbs the entire time
