“Killing things shouldn't make you happy, Rosa. That's why they're worried.”

This book gave me an infinite level of stress. I cannot get Rosa out of my head. Her way of thinking fascinates me but her creepiness scares the shit out of me at the same time. I guess I was not really ready to peep into a 10 years old's psychopath's head.
The book was more heavy than I assumed. Rosa is a ticking bomb, she lacks empathy and is fascinated by other people's pain.
Che diagnosed her as psychopath, tried to tell his parents about her sister but they never paid attention. I was mostly angry at the parents. They are terrible.
Especially David,the father psychopath

I felt bad for Che. He played the role of a parent to Rosa when it shouldn't be his work. She suffered the most for his
psychotic family
. He is smart and realistic. I really liked his character.
I also found the side characters full of diversity. Whereas some people complaint that it was forced,I had no feeling like that.
The only thing that bothered me is the insta-romance going on between Che and Sid. Che was totally obsessed with her. I know teen fall in love so quickly with much intensity, still at some part I was rolling eyes with annoyance about the romance.
And
the breakup between the two felt so sudden to me.

Morever if want to read any YA thriller that will creep the hell out of you and will make you feel nausea time to time then yeah, you found your book.
