They just keep getting better! I love how we fall in love with these characters and don’t have to say goodbye when the book ends because they are part of the next story that continues.

Pregnancy. Talk if abortion, adoption and kept the baby. After having baby, contacted the father and had to deal with follow up to stealing away in the night with the baby.
This book was pretty emotional. It does have a lot of surprises. Overall it was really good, and I looking forward to the rest of the series.

Misty will have your heart hurting for her. Everything that she goes thru when she was alone will make you just want to hold her and shield her from all the darkness in her life. Shadow was never a relationship kind of guy. Nope he was the typical ladies man, but then when he meets Misty things start to change for him. Then one day she just disappeared on him, to then show up at his clubs doorstep carrying a little surprise.
I found myself having moments of wanting to strangle Shadow for the shit that he put Misty thru. Hell there was times that I wanted to shake Misty so that I can make her see that changes needed to be made. And they needed to happen so that they can have their HEA.
James made sure that your emotions would go up and down with this couples story. But, the ups and downs are needed to make this couple see that they needed each other. Another book that grabbed me and held on tight. I cannot wait to dive into the next book in this series.
