Some valid points, some wild conclusions...The ending ideas were extra disappointing.

I thought the conclusion he came to at the end of the book wasn't a very practical solution to improving respectful disagreement and healthy political discourse (and discouraging extremism) in universities.
Some areas, particularly about student representative groups and student group funding, were not as explored as they could have been. This is an incredibly nuanced, complicated, and politically charged area of campus culture and he skimmed over it.
Obviously some takes I disagree with, and a handful that I do agree with (especially regarding antisemitism among left wing idealogues) - but I knew walking into this that it will ultimately be an opinion piece in the provocative, lack of nuance, style that Shapiro is famous for in his columnist writing.

Good concepts, a bit beat-you-over-the-head though
