Finally I have finished shockingly it’s taken me roughly a month but I cannot fault the book for that. The Midnight Girls was a encapsulating fantasy tale with enemies to lovers tension turned queer. After reading The Dark Tide I knew I had to pick this one up and it was such a lovely book. You could really tell the growth in Alicia’s writing and I adored the complexity behind each character’s goal. The heated tension between Zosia and Marynka was so perfectly written, it was just the best enemies to lovers you could ask for. A must read for any queer fantasy lovers.
