Meh. I looooove Sierra Simone, and am a full-throated cheerleader for creating niche fanfiction-y content like this. This story just didn't hit for me. With a premise like this, I needed way more convincing (i.e. story and interaction between the characters) to believe that these two got to where they did. I celebrate and do not yuck if this is your yum! It just wasn't for me.

I mean it was cute and smutty enough. I loved the idea because I vividly remember the commercial this story was inspired by. I also lol’ed at the dig on Folger’s coffee because it really is gross.
Disappointing to see that this free novella leads to a promo for her new Christmas book, published by Harper Collins, whose employees are currently on a Union strike. Sierra Simone is extremely successful so it’s disappointing to see her not standing with supporting the union.
