Rounded up from 2.5 stars for Kristin’s fun voice/ narration but her book team did an excellent job hiding the prayers/ Bible study in their marketing.

Short and sweet. Definitely Christianity focused. Less "meditation," more "personal philosophy." I listened the audiobook which Kristin reads herself, peppy and charming.

This wasn’t my favorite memoir by any means but I really like Kristin Chenoweth and felt the need to listen to this audiobook. I’m also a wuss when it comes to rating memoirs low.

With that said, the foreward in this book was the best part. It was written by Ariana Grande and epitomized my own thoughts - beautiful. The book was entertaining and shares life advice as well as snippets from Chenoweth’s life. It touches on the COVID lockdown, her career and how she learned about her birth parents.

It’s a quick and quirky read!

I love Kristin Chenoweth. This was like random ramblings, mixed with memoir like stories, mixed with spontaneous singing. I enjoyed it, even got teary over her talking about how her mom made a photo album for her birth mom 🥲

Let's start with this: I love Kristin Chenoweth! I listened to this on audiobook while cleaning, and her narration was engaging and funny. However, most of her life advice was based in Christianity and prayer, which is just not up my alley, and a lot of it was pretty common and cliched advice. It wasn't bad for what it is, and the parts where she shared more about her own life were great, but it definitely wasn't anything outstanding. If you're grabbing this because you're interested in Kristin, then grab A Little Bit Wicked instead, but if you are looking for some self-help through a Christian lens, this is your book. Overall, it was not my favorite, but it wasn't unbearable to listen to either, especially if you're a fan of Kristin Chenoweth and her whole vibe.
