Picking this book up and trying to get into it taught me that just because I enjoyed Bridgerton, doesn't mean I enjoy the genre as a whole. The concept was fun, but the plot was so meandering at the characters were so bland I couldn't get into it. DNF.

Was just okay. Hoping for more strong feminism in the book, but all main ladies ended up getting married anyway.
Sweet story but not much going on - more emphasis on characters’ relationships.
Cute little regency fortune-hunter to love book! I suggest reading the audiobook, because the accents made this a cute read. It’s a very straightforward plot and perhaps the main character is a bit of a Mary Sue, but it was enjoyable and cute!
