again, the same issue I had with "if I ran the zoo", this gives the vibes of entitled people. didn't really stand out to me.

"you see, I was sitting here, resting my legs
and I happened to pick up a couple of eggs
and I sort got thinking, it's sort of a shame
that scrambled eggs always taste the same"

This was one of my favorite books as a child, and my 1st grade students loved the read-aloud as much as my 6 year old self. The rhyme scheme lends for easy listening, and the use of context clues and simple text patterns help young readers to figure out what will happen (what word will come) next.

My students enjoyed writing about their own scrambled egg super and retelling their favorite parts of the story.

This one was a little bit boring to me, but had great illustrations of the birds. I don't know why this one is being "cancelled".

Fantastic book for kids! So imaginative and creative. Easy read that children will find delightful!

Dr. Seuss is always brilliant! His stories and rhymes are fun and entertaining! Some of my all time favorites!! Such a great way to entertain children and get them interested in reading!

This is one of Seuss's nonsensical ones, without much plot and no moral. It is, of course, brilliantly rhythmic as always. It's a mouthful to read aloud to the kids, and not one I am likely to enjoy too very many readings of.

Apparently the portrayal of Inuit people here is the issue. If I Ran the Zoo, On Beyond Zebra, and Scrambled Eggs Super all feel very much in the same vein. Seuss's lyrical nonsense rhymes show the reader various animals and parts of the world. If I Ran the Zoo is the best by far while On Beyond Zebra and Scrambled Eggs Super are just fine. I'm on a similar page to Joy from The View when it comes the six discontinued Seuss books. Perhaps these books would be better suited as teaching tools to help show children how ignorant portrayals or assumptions about people who are different from you can be hurtful. That's just what I think anyway.
