Highschool drama and the jawdropping “lyhfm” which I did not care about one bit and 200 pages of juliette training and kenji (the only thing I liked about this book) what even is a dystopian?

All I can say is omg. Bc this was so GOOD and beautifully written. Kenji and Juliette's friendship is the cutest thing ever. Now if we're gonna talk about plot and the war they've been preparing for this entire book then I would say it definitely wasn't the best and was rushed.BUTTT, the friendships and the Romance and the character development is CHEF'S KISS. Also the vibes of this book are immaculate,I had a great time reading it.

4.75-5 stars!

i've been thinking about how to rate this one for a while. i originally gave it a 4.5 and didn't really think it was as much better than the other books as everyone claimed it to be – i think i just went into it with too high expectations because everyone said that no other book in the series came close.

anyways, i've been thinking about it and i honestly cannot believe that i didn't give this a 5 star from the beginning?? – i mean this one was just so magical because it includes SO many iconic warnette moments❤️‍

Till now, this is my favorite book of the whole series.

The end left me beaming. Like I have a huge smile right now. I even look crazy because my smile looks a little bit creepy if I'm honest. I'm so, so happy.

At the start, Juliette's new determination was funny to me. I found her amusing because I didn't take her seriously. Because how could I take her seriously after what I read about her? During the two books she was presenting her as this fragile little girl that needs constant protection. And in this book she proved me wrong. I'm so proud of her, so so proud. Like god, I love her. From finding her so damn annoying I now love her.

Now let's talk about Juliette's and Kenji's friendship. They have such a strong bond. Their friendship is unbelievable. I love them and their friendship so much. The friendship between them progressed a lot through this first three books and I'm so glad that they have each other. I'm so happy that they have each other to confide, to support, to everything.

Adam, my boy, Adam. I'm so disappointed. I understand him but the things he did in this book erased the small bits of love I had towards him. Till this book I was still #TeamAdam, but now??? No way. No f*ing way. He hurt so much my girl Juliette and I will always be angry with him for that. In this book Adam ultimately glowed down. Like in book 2 there was still some hope for him but maaan, in this book? Just nah.

WARNER. I still don't trust you. But I like him more. This book Warner showed more of this passionate and intense facet of him that made me swoon. Like I was giggling and smiling AAAA. But I have trust issues that prevent me from trusting him. I'm sorry (actually not sorry at all).

I really liked the fact that a lot of problems between the characters were solved and clarified. I love when characters talk and confront each other. And in this book was a lot of that.

I'm so happy for everyone. AND FOR MY LITTLE BOY JAMES TOO. I love him.

Please, Tahereh Mafi, don't hurt my poor soul in the next book. I caught myself multiple times crying in this one.

Okay, this is funny, but I, for some reason, decided to read the third book after what like four years from completing the other two. Idk why;) but I saw it in the library and picked it up. I remembered very little detail from the previous books, but somehow this was good fun and a short read. The romance was the only reason I continued tbh I didn’t care for the plot, which was also very quick. Like, I feel like this book could’ve been shortened. It’s their training, arguing the whole book, and maybe battling at the end. Like, I am glad I’ve got it out of the way tho. I think I didn’t read this back then because I was too anxious from the ending of the 2nd book
