ARC: The HEA (see what I did there?) was predictable, but the book was delightful. I wanted a bit more banter between Poppy and Tristan, and some of the secondary-storyline of the leak made not a ton of sense and needed more fleshing out in the book (or less of it all together). I want Shaz's story soon. Fun!

Match Me If You Can by Sandy Barker

Thank you to Netgalley, Sandy Barker and Boldwood Books for an ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review.

The plot was soo good! A match making agency! Shaz, Ravi and Jacinda were absolute sweethearts! I loved how the story unfolded, though I have a doubt.
SpoilerI think I remember reading that the will's condition was intended to Tristan's dad or something? Well, then, wasn't he married already?

The book was funny, engaging and kinda a slow burn but it was amazingly good and heart warming. Hoping to read more of this series. Crossing my fingers for one of the next books to be about Shaz!!!

Unfortunately this was a "meh" for me.

The writing was fine but the characters really just felt flat. This is one of the very few books I've read where there is genuinely no spark between the characters. The words tell you they're attracted to each other but no actions back it up.

I tried, but DNF'd at 72%
