This book was great, honestly. I love all of this author's books, and I had a good time with the first book, A Dog's Way Home, which is not quite as emotional as A Dog's Purpose and the other books following Bailey. I love those books too. Bella in this book is just as fantastic to follow, and of course I adore Big Kitten as well. I love how the author captures the narrative voice of a dog in such an amazing way. It really does feel like reading from an animal's point of view. This book really was so good and such a great reading experience!

Bruce Cameron has the best endings to his books, I love them.

Bella's wit enlightens my day. This book was very different to the other storylines that W. Bruce Cameron has delighted us with. I did enjoy this adventurous book that involves Bella from A Dog's Way Home. Being from one of the western coast states, some of the scenes describes in this story became instantly relatable. But the book is called A Dog's Courage, emphasis on COURAGE. And as I have finished it today, I recollect all the moments Bella was courageous not only for herself, but for those other animals, and humans, she is protecting.
