Very cute girls love! I especially like it because its also about the ocean and is drawn very beautifully! 💕🐋🫧 I love Koyuki and Konatsu T///T 💗
The only annoying thing is that it never actually gets confirmed that they are actually in love, it is very much insinuated tho, because they literally think about each other all the time and blush and get nervous ;3.
It’s a really cute and amazing manga!

Okay, this was so, so cute. The art was clean and worked for the story, there wasn't too many similarities between character designs from what I could tell in the version I was reading, and the coloured pages did wonders to introduce things and give a little pop. So glad I found this series, it's definitely what I needed right now, and the slow burn is always welcome for me.

The characters are also all super unique and adorable! I love Konatsu and Koyuki, and I can't wait to see what happens here. Kaede is also a really fantastic companion to bring some light and vibrancy, and I like the idea of having a smaller cast with something like this. Usually you have like forty characters being the "popular older girl" gang, but in this I don't want to see that.

A series to look out for; it's cute, fun, and definitely going to be interesting in the end.

Ever since I heard the phrase ‘lesbian aquarium club’, I needed to read this. This review will be for the whole series, read at your own risk!

Read 9 volumes - Finished series

I adore it. It feels so real and down to earth and I adore the girls. I am solidly rooting for them!! This definitely has a more melancholy feel than I expected but it’s SO GOOD. Highly recommend to high school drama/romance manga lovers.

THAT VOLUME 6 CLIFFHANGER!!!!!!!!! I need volume 7 now!

Edit 7/10/21: I can’t remember what happened at the end of 6, oops. But this was a huge turning point for the girls. I think they’re really starting to understand each other. I can’t wait for them to realize their feelings!!!

Edit 4/21/22: this is one of those stories you need to read straight through because I can’t remember anything that’s happened! But I’m excited for the last volume next!

Edit 8/1/23: finally read the last volume. It’s bittersweet and while I do think they expressed their romantic feelings for each other, it was so subtle that I don’t know if this can be called ‘lesbian aquarium club’. I wish there was another volume or chapter in which they tell each other to their face “I love you”.

Overall, a high school drama with a romantic subplot. Well done but not a romance first.
