I've just finished reading this aloud to my five year old, a chapter at a time before nap times & bedtimes. While I'm not sure he understood the whole book as there are a lot of big words, he still really enjoyed it, especially since he knew all the characters for the tv show and movies. It was nice to share this with him and fun to watch the movies and see the adaptations of all the stories within the book.

An absolute delight no matter how old you are! I listened to the audiobook version and loved the creativity that was put into the recording. The narrator did a fantastic job using different amusing voices for each of our characters and the sounds of nature floated in the background throughout the story. Although I had read the picture book versions and seen the Disney adaptions as a child, I wasn't familiar with all of the adventures of Christopher Robin and his friends. The one's I did remember brought me a rush of childhood nostalgia to hear again. The book was like being wrapped in a warm blanket of a comforting hug - something that we can all use sometimes. It is easy to see why these stories are such beloved classics across generations. They are filled with such innocent joy. Read and enjoy!
