I’m not saying opposites can’t attract, but…
Also Landon was basically a douche as evidenced by his inner dialogue in the beginning but then he starts talking to Jamie and all of a sudden is a better person and is religious. Yeah, right.

One of the only cases where I like the movie better than the book.

Meh. Wouldn’t recommend this one sadly… the romance and the way it ends isn’t believable. It moves SO SLOW until the last 50 pages or so. Needless to say I wasn’t excited to keep reading this since it was so slow for me.

São 04:24h da manhã e acho que nem o sono me tira a felicidade de ter pegado neste livro e lê-lo até ao fim, de uma rajada só. Literalmente, devorei este livro e não podia ter pegado em melhor para começar 2017.

Confesso que não sou grande fã do Nicholas Sparks mas confesso que há algo nesta história, talvez seja o facto de já ter visto o filme e de ter gostado tanto, que me prendeu deste o início. Adorei TUDO! Não tenho nenhum defeito. Acho que até prefiro o livro do que o filme, o que considero difícil porque penso que o filme é marcante o suficiente. Nem mesmo as passagens bíblicas e todo o teor religioso conseguiram tirar o valor que este livro tem, acho que até foi aquilo que o tornou tão especial.

Só tenho a agradecer ao Landon e à Jamie for me terem dado uma força especial para encarar 2017, sabendo que os milagres existem e que o amor, apesar de tudo, é das coisas mais bonitas que existem.
