I’m not saying opposites can’t attract, but…
Also Landon was basically a douche as evidenced by his inner dialogue in the beginning but then he starts talking to Jamie and all of a sudden is a better person and is religious. Yeah, right.

One of the only cases where I like the movie better than the book.

I loved this little romance book, it was very cute, yet very heartbreaking. This book was a short read which I loved.
I have loved Nicholas Sparks books, they are just so cozy and a cute and sad read though, so be prepared with tissue boxes. For his books you would need a blanket, a cop of tea or hot chocolate and one of his books, and that would be such a comfy setting. Oh and also with a fireplace.
I watched the movie when I was a teenager and only read the book this year, and I loved both of them so much, and you would defiantly need tissues for the movie and the book.
I will always be open to reading Sparks books, they are always good.
