This volume continues right where the first volume left off. We see our heroes continuing through the dungeons and finding other means of satisfying their hunger. There are some serious moments in this  volume like the cook mentioning that if you do things the easy way you will become rusty in doing them the hard way. What if you do not have the easy way anymore? I think that is such an interesting piece of information to have in a manga about dungeon diving where magic is used. Overall, very enjoyable and I will be continuing the series.

chapter 14 is my favourite so far for the art alone (the lake!!!) but combined with characters growing to understand each other? appreciating their respective strengths? senshi's fluffy beard? immaculate. also really enjoyed the brief glimpse into kabru's party (my beautiful angel princess please put away those eyes), and the wider variety of characters and character designs in general. favourite food was definitely the sorbet. literally ate some really good sorbet like 7 hours before reading but i still wanted to eat it so bad.

The way this makes me laugh out loud. I love them. Extra love to my best boy, Chilchuck.

Most fun in fantasy I had since Terry Pratchett. So well thought out and funny.
