Ugh!! This had soo much potential but just didn’t deliver. For me the biggest issue is underdeveloped relationships and because of them the plot just doesn’t make sense.

Richard dies waay too early! I think it would have made more of an effect had he been alive for longer and the group dynamic with him still alive developed more. Also why was he so violent and hateful towards them now? weren’t they friends before? What happened? Why was he so angry the night he died??

I also didn’t really FEEL the deepness of James and Oliver’s relationship. And for the love of God why on earth would they lock up Oliver if the police dont even believe he did it? If James felt so guilty why didn’t he just freaking CONFESS no matter what Oliver wants?

So yeah I kinda enjoyed reading it but it definitely was not great and im frustrated cause i think it COULD’VE been great! The writing’s good and the characters likable, setting works ans the vibes are there but it just falls a bit flat.

Finished this after months and months. I'd like to say it took so long because I took time to process my emotions, but I don't know if that's what I did. Finished this today and I will never be certain of anything until I find something else to be uncertain about.

I never felt as lonely as surrounded with love.
