This book tied together the series in the most beautiful and heart wrenching way. If you made it to KOA and found love for each characters journey than this book with rip your heart in two and fuse it back together. I will never be the same after this series. It may not satisfy everyone but this series as a whole, each book together made for a phenomenal read. Dare I say… better than ACTOAR 😋

This was a great ending to this series, it felt satisfying and I am left with closure for these characters that I’ve come to love. There were tears and surprising reveals and moments throughout this book, I haven’t cried with a book in a while and I definitely shed a few tears with this one. Overall this was such a great series that I look forward to revisiting in the near future.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Perfection.

What a great finale. I don’t have much to say. I cried. I laughed. I was STRESSED it was emotional and inspiring. I loved the characters, their growth throughout, and the way they tackle their problems. I love the thirteen. Yrene is amazing and all of the women throughout this story are badass.

I did feel like there were a few moments where the story dragged but not enough to take away from the general impact of the story.  So many amazing moments

I am stunned and amazed at how beautifully this epic story ended. I have no words.

My only tiny complaint
is the deus ex machina at the end with the Wolf Tribe. Just the tiniedt bit more information, like proof of their existence, would have made the victory feel earned.

I absolutely love this series.

This book made me weep hysterically, made me squeal, made me annoyed, angry, nervous, and happy. There were definitely parts where I feel Maas could’ve written better or more, and she sticks to the ‘make it seem hopeless then reveal Aelin had a secret plan all along’ thing she’s done the entire series. At least she lets people help her this time. The twist at the end was a bit surprising. Some characters were lost, and while I was devastated about them, I knew we wouldn’t get through the massive war unscathed. Pretty cheesy who DID make it through, though.
Maas kept throwing me off by how often she talked about how this entire series went on in less than ONE YEAR. It didn’t feel like it to me, but that’s just me. So. You know.
Still, I loved it. I wish we got more Elorcan and Dorian/Manon, and less of less important characters, but that’s alright. There was some great character development.  The pacing dipped every so often but in general it stayed pretty solid. I loved it.
