Wow. This book... Was like nothing else I've read. Though not as interactive as was once intended, I felt like reading this book and the accompanying website made me part of something so much larger than myself. I laughed. I cried. It's so strange to say that about a book that seems at first glance like it's mostly white space on pages. Just wow.

I was smiling one page and crying the next. Rosenthal took a unique approach to nonfiction writing here, and it could have ended up being gimmicky, but instead it was a touching example of human interaction and its importance.

This book was weird and wonderful. Very readable and made me consider how we all interact with the world. It’ll stay with me a long time i think.

I think the descriptor of self help is not quite right, except for the fact that reading this book did make me happier.

Do not get this on audiobook. It doesn’t work. There are graphs, images and it’s very visual. The descriptions and constant referring to a PDF you can get with the audiobook aren’t an adequate substitute.

Some cool ideas and wordplay, I enjoyed the whimsy of it but definitely wish I’d read it as a physical book. It did inspire creativity in me and give me a stronger desire to write so I 3 stars it is, assuming the physical copy is better than the audio version.

Adorable. I plunked away at this one slowly so I could try to let some of it settle in before I moved on. So many little life lessons!!

A very quick and sweet read. You really feel like you know Amy, her thoughts, her feelings, and her quirks. The formatting of this was different enough than encyclopedia, but still a fun twist on a classic memoir format.
