Brilliant debut by author Gregg Feistman. A well-researched book with interesting characters and a terrific plot. The action is well-paced although I did find the last few chapters a bit rushed. I would preferred that Feistman draw them out a bit, the scene in Ingrid Halden's office is a compelling one and Shannon Perkins arrival a big surprise. I would have liked to know the back story there, what got her into the room and how she and the people from the Virginia meeting fit in. I don't want to add any spoilers, but would love to ask Gregg Feistman a couple of questions about the last few chapters.

All in all, I really enjoyed this book, the premise, the people, the setting and even the steamy parts! There is nothing more exciting than discovering new authors who can write and tell a fine tale. Gregg Feistman is someone I would like to read again. I see a bright future for him. I definitely recommend this book to anyone and especially those interested in fiction with plots centered on world events, history, politics, power and intrigue. A great debut novel!!!
