can now say I have read all of Marissa Farrars books as Marissa Fararr and MK Elliott, she is my favorite author.
I was given this book as an ARC for an honest review.
This is not a book that I would have chosen to read, but as Marissa wrote it I decided I was willing to give it a go.
Even though this was a very short read it had a very strong story line and kept me "very hot under the collar" from start to finish. That was one erotic read.
Brandon and Will are pretty hot guys from what we read, no wonder they fell for each other. Not your normal everyday romance novel but two guys still know how to love up a storm together. Well done Marissa.
This book is really well worth a read, something very different.

I have read lots of books by this author which are written under Marissa Farrar and am a big fan, I have never read any of her erotica books and have never read a gay erotica novel in my life.

I have to say when the author approached me to read and review a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review, I was slightly dubious as I felt it was out of my comfort zone but as I like to try new genres before writing them off, I thought I would give it a go.

Brandon and Will, from the descriptions sound like they are pretty hot guys. I mean being in the marines isn’t easy and all the training they have to do leaves them pretty taut and muscular. I know they would certainly catch my eye!

With the storyline being set around the marines, you certainly felt the physical exhaustion that Brandon and his fellow recruits had to endure after the intense training. The romance aspect of it was slightly different to the normal romance novels I read, apart from the obvious that the two love interests are male. The intensity of feelings between the two men very much comes through and it certainly makes for some intense reading.

Breaking The Marine is a relatively short novella that didn’t take me long to read at all. The author manages to fit in a strong storyline with plenty of parts that get you a bit ‘hot under the collar’. If you like manly men you will certainly enjoy reading about Brandon and Will.

Whilst this isn’t a genre I would probably read much of, I have to say reading Breaking The Marine was surprisingly enjoyable and whether you are straight or gay, if you like erotica novels, then you will certainly enjoy this book.
