Notes: Honestly, this is why you don't wait to write book reviews for 5 months. It was an enjoyable thriller, but clearly it didn't stick with me too terribly long. Would be a great library borrow!

A glamping getaway gone wrong is the basis for The Search Party.
Thank you to Simon & Schuster Canada for my eARC for review!
A group of longtime friends gather at the home of Max and Annie Kingsley.
The Kingsleys are setting up their Cornwall homestead as the Wildernest glamping retreat (think Yurts), and a reunion as the way to test out the site ahead of opening.
Author Hannah Richell's style reminded me a bit of a Liane Moriarty, in the way the story combined friends and family with new additions to the group, secrets and histories, and a mystery revealed bit by bit.
The Search Party is told from different character POVs, as well as events of the gathering and the aftermath of investigation when one person goes missing.
It's good stuff here, quite addicting. Recommended!
