Got a little tied of the problem Riley has with self-control, but still enjoyed it and once I got to the end and learned there is a 5th on the way, I know I'll eventually get that one too. He's good at leaving things hanging that you can't NOT get the next book.

I initially loved the beach-read thriller tone of this series, however, I'm done. There is no character development whatsoever. Any progress through issues in a previous book (with ALL of the series characters) is gone in the next book. This book ended with a cliffhanger regarding a main character, and I do not care enough to read the next book-- it is not even mentioned in the summary of the next book, and it's is enough of a cliffhanger to be its own book.

4...Seriously, how can so many bad things happen to one mother and daughter??? And why can I NOT put these novels down??? I shouldn't be this into such dramatics...and Riley's Lone Ranger crap is getting old...but here I am...jumping into the next one...Great case btw!

Loved this book! I love how Blake sets it up for another in the series. However, the end is heartbreaking. Be warned. Grab tissues.
