A very classic origin story treatment to a great character. Miller and Romita jr. are both really good on this, a real tour de force. The narrative feels a bit rushed, which makes sense, but it's still got an air of gravitas to it, and Romita's use of heavy horizontal hatching gives a dark, gritty quality to the imagery.

Pretty meh stor telling and somewhat sexist for a daredevil comic book. Makes sense given this is from the early 90s, but I prefere the more noir/detective character driven stuff of the past few years. Also why does the writer insists on narrating what we are seeing drawn on the page??????
