It always takes me a little while to jump back into this story, since it takes me a few months to get my hands on the newest volume. But I always end up surprising myself with how much I still like this series. Do I forget about half the characters and their relationships to each other? Well yes...it IS Greek mythology, and it isn't a constant story I am interacting with. However, I do still really enjoy myself by the end of the volume. 
A lot going on right now. Not sure what else to say at this point, other than I really should have tried harder to write these reviews immediately following the end of a volume (so I have a better memory of what happened).

The last volume was so good and now i got this?? I’m really disappointed in where this story is going 😭

dark funny lighthearted fast-paced
This was filled with so much drama I couldn't stop turning the pages. I love watching Korra take control of her power and fight for what she knows is hers. The art in this is exquisite and the storyline is so entertaining, I can't get enough. Can't wait to read the next volume!

I can’t believe I am officially caught up with the releases of this series, it has been the most unexpected obsession, and I am so glad I decided to pick up book one, I am fully invested in this series and the characters. Volume 8 was surprisingly emotional. I loved the twists and turns, and that ending… so good!!! I have the next book pre-ordered and I am eagerly awaiting it!
