This novelette is set in the Dresden world but the main character is actually not Harry. I loved the interesting glance into Harry's brother.

Check it out. This is a great way to enter the Dresden world, if you haven't already found your doorway in.

It was nice to see what Thomas does when he's not in the picture.

This was a really fantastic story, loved being in Thomas's head, and learning about the Oblivion War! Really great read!

I liked how this book is not about Harry Dresden. Thomas is one of my favorite characters in the Dresden files. This book follows Thomas as he tries to help Harry without Harry knowing.

A supplemental story about Thomas, Harry Dresden's vampire half-brother, getting involved in a case to save Harry from himself. I think it was fun, but I don't remember anything about it anymore.

I started reading this novelette despite only having read the dresden files up to half way thru book five. (still reading it.) because it focuses on Thomas. and I am fascinated by the charcter. This short story has the feel of a dresden files novel while successfully giving us a unique perspective on not only the dresden universe but Harry himself. it's a rich immersive experience for fans of the series because Thomas knows Harry the way us readers do. It's an extremely enjoyable and quick read.

A nice little short book told from Thomas's point of view. I say anymore, and it becomes a spoiler - I'll just say if you like the Harry Dresden books, you'll like this.
