Literally came for Luke's backstory and got more than i could've wanted, especially "Son of Magic" by Haley Riordan. It is so well written and dark and I so badly want to read more stories and books that are written in that style, with main characters like Doctor Claymore and Alabaster.

While all three stories housed within the Demigod Diaries by Rick Riordan were well worth a read, the one that really tugged at my heartstrings was The Diary of Luke Castellan. Hearing Luke's mindset and thoughts about the gods, other demigods, and the mythic world as a whole while knowing where that thinking left him at the end of the series was heartbreaking.

Questo libricino mi ha lasciato un po' insoddisfatta e annoiata, in quanto mi aspettavo di più da questo universo, ma probabilmente ciò è dovuto anche alla brevità delle storie, che comporta uno sviluppo un po' affrettato.

La storia più interessante si è rivelata sorprendentemente quella scritta dal figlio dell'autore, a mio parere.
