A poignant book that makes you rethink what you know about mental health. Written very well and easy to digest; it’s both heartbreaking and hopeful; asking important questions. I’d definitely recommend this book!

This was incredibly informative, kind, interesting and challenging in its exploration of Schizophrenia and its modern day treatment. This book was at times lighthearted, at times incredibly sad, but it has stuck with me ever since I read it and I recommend it to everybody.
