Like I want to know what happens but only because it’s not satisfying to not know I don’t want to read this whole fucking series to find it out
For some reason this is reminding me of the lords of pain series. I feel like that also had one meh plot that extended throughout the three long ass books. Maybe not. Maybe I’m misremembering

Not my typical book but I really enjoyed it. it had a lot of elements that I usually read but still felt very fresh and different. Nic great, I dont feel a huge connection to any of the guys though, make bodhi and sasha. i like oliver and vas sticks out the least. im really nervous to see where this goes after that ending.

Absolutely could be read as a stand-alone if you don’t read the epilogue. the only cliff hanger comes to that. I just felt like their story was done for me so I decided to skip it and move on! I absolutely adore this book!

The storyline is very dark and pulls at the baser emotions of your instincts. The interactions and dynamics between the various characters add an extra layer of emotional depth to pull you even further into this amazing story!
I love watching the group try to work their way through not only the challenges laid before them but also their emotions and past traumas with how they play into the overall plot of the story.
I can’t wait to read more!

Hard Limits is the first book in the Queen of Hearts series. There is a trigger warning at the beginning which I like for those who need it. I however like books dark, and this one did not disappoint :). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This book is told mainly from Nicolette's point of view, however we get some chapters from Sacha, Vas, Oliver and Bodhi. Nicolette is a call girl and is Oliver's roommate. They don't know what each other's job entails. Nicolette has been seeing Vas as one of her customers. So when she is called to meet some people to lure someone in that they want intel on she shows up and Sacha, Vas, Bodhi and Oliver are there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
