Couldn’t get over them being cousins. MMC gave me the ick. Almost dnf’d and I regret finishing it. Author’s inauthentic girl-boss feminism is distasteful, and her attempt to ham-fistedly tie up all the loose ends was downright pitiful.

✨Book Review✨
Forget Your Morals

Rating: 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“ She tastes like the Best worst idea I’ve ever had.  “

Synopsis: Penny seeks solace in anonymous encounters after a string of failed relationships. She falls for a man at an adult club, captivated by their secret connection. But when she discovers that the man she’s been seeing is actually Lincoln, her older adopted cousin, everything changes. Torn between the intense love they share and the fear of losing her family, Penny faces an impossible choice—one that could shatter both her heart and the bonds that tie her to those she loves.

Tropes :
🤎Forbidden Romance
🤎Taboo
🤎Adopted Cousins
🤎Anonymous Encounter
🤎Glory Hole
🤎Role Playing
🤎He falls first
🤎Secret Dating

This book was captivating, to say the least. I felt for Penny feeling like a burden to her family. Searching for herself in a relationship that would obviously fail. When Penny said she falls for anyone I thought a sex club probably wasn’t the best idea. But I think it was the freedom of no judgment even though she did fall for the guy behind the wall. I am so glad this book had substance and plot not only smut.  I loved how Lincoln cared for and supported Penny. It showed that the relationship was much more than just sex for him. When they finally found out it was each other I was shook. This book definitely blurred the lines since they grew up together but Sarah does a great job of making their relationship not feel taboo. This was a wild ride and I can’t wait to pick up more from this author.

Hated the ending. So freaking annoying.

Other than that, I liked it. Linc was great, Penny was cool. I enjoyed their story
