Buddy read series

I just need to start off by saying that Anna legit was carrying the fuck out of this book for majority of it. She is hilarious.

“He can’t be pretty, rich, brave, and even with me on the crazy scale. It makes him the alpha in our relationship if he’s more perfect than me. You know I don’t want to ride shotgun. I’m a driver.” She puts her hands at the ten and two position before adding, “Vroom. Vroom.”

The beginning is a tad slow as all the main characters are introduced and the plot is built. Violet's cluelessness did get kind of aggravating because I'm not a fan of those types of characters. Once I got further into the book and it's revealed that she's more than what she lets on, though, she actually becomes hella kickass. And I mean, hella KICKASS.

“You killed four vampires today, and now I realize you can apparently see me. Don’t you think you have some questions to answer?” he asks seriously. “

It does end on a cliffhanger, but I'm officially hooked on the story. It's a reverse harem with a witty gypsy heroine everyone underestimates because she isn't 100% aware of the world her mom tossed her in and four monster alphas who are obsessed with her. There's mystery elements, magic, and lots of humor.

Fabulously addicting, confusing as hell, and so totally worth it.
