The unnecessary inclusion of extremely graphic SA lowered my rating, but the last several chapters brought it back up just from how interesting things got.

PLEASE stay safe with this one!! There's a ton of very graphic SA depicted in relation to the character Wyald. The design of same character also doesn't seem far from racist imagery/stereotypes against Black people in terms of appearance and people calling him "monkey" as an insult.

This added so much to the animated version of the story. The depth of Griffith’s situation prior to his transformation along with the additional lead up of apostles built out the world and circumstances so well. Very much looking forward to jumping into the next volume.
