Regretting You

Colleen Hoover

4.03 AVERAGE

Wow. Yet again, Colleen Hoover knocks it out of the park.

I remember reading the blurb to this book and thinking that it wouldn't be something I'd like - that it would be quite boring but as always, it's a Colleen book so I must read it...

I couldn't have been more wrong. A beautiful book that shows love, loss and everything in between. Definitely want to be reading this again soon.

4.5

So good!

I loved this book so much! Some of it but home and is have to take a break from it so I wouldn't cry too hard. I still feel like I have a lot of unanswered questions, but so did Morgan so maybe the reader should feel that way too!

"Regretting you" by @colleenhoover

Another beautifully written story that had my emotions all over.

This read is so relatable for so many people out there. It shows the raw emotions of loss and betrayal all in one.

This read has you seeing that sometimes you can't trust even the closet of people in your life with your most valuable things, or what you thought was most valuable. It will show that while bad things do happen in life, there are good things that bloom from the ashes left.

Give yourself time to heal and move forward from the bad, but don't deprive the heart of what it wants the most, or WHO it wants the most. Sometimes, those people are the ones who know us the best. Even more than the ones we put so much of our life, time, and efforts into.

Really enjoyed this book, can't go wrong with Colleen Hoover.

I like books that tell from different perspectives

Would have loved to have seen what the letters had said. Think it would have been a good thing to add in after the end, so the reader knew, but not Morgan

4/5 stars - I REALLY enjoyed this book! It was my second CoHo book and I was a little apprehensive, but gosh did it deliver. I loved how it was told in both the mother and the daughter perspectives. Beautifully written story surrounding grief and relationships.

Really frustrating but I like it

Not really the type of book I would normally read but my sister insisted I read it and even recommended it as our little book club's botm.

Did I enjoy the book? A BIG FAT NO. It wasn't the least bit enjoyable, no! It was so frustrating. Knowing the thoughts of both Morgan and Clara, I straight up want to drag them by the hair and lock them up in a small room and make them talk. But that same frustration made me flip through page by page desperately needing to know what will happen next hahaha. Oh the calm in my heart once things started to fall into their right places~

It's a good book. This made me realize that one does not have to enjoyable to be good.

Now I want a Miller or Jonah of my own.
