The Naughty, The Nice and The Nanny is novella 1 of the Holiday Brothers series by Willa NashIt is a standalone holiday romance, told from both POV with a HEA.
Tropes:
✔️ small town
✔️ billionaire hero
✔️ forbidden
Natalie is great with kids, which is a good thing since she’s been hired to look after the seven-year-old butcher knife wielding “angel” of a single father.
To her surprise though, her new boss is Maddox Holiday. The guy she had a crush on in high school and has been living in California for close to a decade while running his empire.
Natalie is up to the task especially if it means she can use the big paycheck to fix up Magdalena, her 1969 min-green Volkswagen bus. But can she resist the swoony, handsome and smart Maddox who is determined to get her attention?
This was such a cute and fun Xmas read! I loved Natalie who was snarky, smart and strong. Perfect for Maddox and his cute and rambunctious little girl. I loved the all the character development from Maddox and Natalie’s romance, to Natalie and Violet, and the Holiday family dynamic.
Although the story is low on steam and semi fade to black sexy times, I didn’t really miss it because everything else was solid.

i've let the nanny x single parent trope fly under the radar for TOO LONG.
It only makes sense that the one to do it for me would be Devney Perry (and Willa but she's new to me).
This was short and sweet and great. Violet was a monster until someone talked to her like a human being and she felt understood... enter Natalie. Natalie knew what this little girl needed right away and the two become fast friends but Natalie's childhood crush on Violet's dad can't be stopped. Maddox Holiday is back in the picture and he paints a pretty one. Surprised by who he didn't mean to hire, he falls for Natalie for many reasons but the one that means most is how she treats his daughter. The three of them spend the holidays together and waste no time in infiltrating one another's lives.
Loved this a lot. Quick story that gets the job done and I adored all the characters we meet. I will be adding the other Holiday brother to my list of books I can hopefully read before December is over.

This was a quick, tooth ache sweet story. If you are looking for a low drama, sweet love story that is small town family oriented, this is your story.
Funny enough, it is the third book in a row I have read with a character named Tobias.

I don't often read the single dad or nanny tropes so I wasn't sure how I would like this, I loved it! I loved both MC's. Maddox is a billionaire that came from wealth but is not at all an alpha male. He is so sweet and kind, add in that he is a single dad that adores his kid and swoon. He loves his job but he loves his daughter more. I liked Natalie as well. She understands Violet and how she is feeling and knows exactly how to talk to her. This is kind of insta love but both of the MC's has crushes on each other at school. Violet's mom is the worst and is a prime example of why some people should not have kids. The book did a good job at introducing the other couples and conflicts for the following books without putting to much focus on them. I wish this was a bit more spicy, there is one scene with some detail but this is mostly fade to black.
Overall, I really enjoyed my first book by this author!

single dad/nanny and all the stories overlap a bit at the family party
Holiday brothers romance
We are introduced to the Holiday brothers in this holiday themed book. Maddox needs a nanny for his spitfire of a 7 year old daughter, Violet, while he is visiting family. Natalie has always crushed on Maddox when they were younger. Now she finds herself as a nanny to his daughter. Natalie and Violet connects with their similar story of a lack of a mom. There is a good combination of sweetness and heat.
