Sutton & Holland are the perfect couple to this series!
The TENSION, lord, was miraculous. I’m pretty sure my kindle melted a bit!
Absolutely worthy of Teagan’s writing!!

Loved Holland and Sutton’s story! It was absolutely sinful and loads of fun. I am so in love with Teagan Hunters books. They are quirky and loads of fun to read. She has an amazing line up of characters. I wonder where she gets her inspiration from? Hmmmm

Holland has taken a stand against her father. Finally!!! Now she is starting over and crashing on her brother’s couch. But freedom is so so sweet.

Sutton has done it this time. Man, if only he could have held on a bit longer. Now he is shunned and broke. With the help of his Aunt he can overcome anything. This is just a bump in the road. Right??

When a blast from the past crosses Sutton’s path, old feelings of rivalry arise. It’s game on and he intends to win!

These two characters were a blast to read about. Their sexual chemistry blows the pages away. They have plenty of fighting drama to go around. The snarky comments fly page after page, making this book extremely entertaining. A great romantic comedy to put you in the best of moods. It sure will make you busy a gut with laughter. I highly recommend this book for a perfect feel good read.

I'm a little bit gutted this series is done but what a way to end it. Now if you like the reluctant roommates, trope, or second chance, or maybe enemies to lovers or even academic rivals to lovers is more your speed then this workplace romance will most certainly be for you. Add in a sassy bingo playing aunt and you have a book I could barely put down. Banter galore is almost par for the course with this author so that goes without saying and both Sutton and Holland fight the long standing attraction all the way. I cannot wait to see what TH brings to the table next. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.

This was cute close proximity enemies to lovers book. My favorite kind of trope. I really enjoyed Sutton and Holland. The constant competition. The bets. How they had fought against each other for years. I loved getting return secondary characters that we’ve grown to love. More Gravy Train. More pie.

This is the final book in the Roommate Romp series and I feel followers of this author and these books will be happy with this last book to round out the set of four. It has the same vibe and ambience as the previous ones, all obviously falling for their Roommate. It’s a very quick, second chance / enemies to lovers romance. I was drawn in by the cover, which I felt depicted Sutton very well.

Holland and Sutton had known each other since high school and always had a competitive relationship. It wasn’t until after college that both of them had strong feelings toward each other but a misunderstanding had them separate again for a number of years. Now they are work mates as well as roomies and shaking on a bet that will be hard to resist, for both of them.

Rating: 4.5 stars

I can’t believe we have reached the end of the roommate romps series! Tempt Thy Neighbor is the fourth and final installment of the series and Teagan Hunter doesn’t disappoint with this one. The story follows Holland (Dean’s sister from the first book, Loathe Thy Neighbor) and Sutton. Both have known each other for years but both cannot stand the other no matter the chemistry that was in the past nor the steam that runs rampant with every sordid stare. When Holland quits her job working with her toxic boss/father; she takes a job at a marketing firm not knowing that her former lover turned enemy will soon be her new coworker. Enter Sutton.

Ya’ll when I tell you I binge read this one, I am telling you I could not for the life of me put it down! I absolutely adored Sutton and Hollands story! I know I say this all the time with this series, but I honestly think that this story just took the cake as my favorite. I loved the back and forth heat and wit from not only Holland and Sutton but also from them to our side characters. Everything felt natural and just down right honest.

The chemistry between these two rivals was nothing short of steamy and electrifying; this combined with Teagans signature comedic lines and strings of romance makes this one an instant re-read book for me. I am honestly going to miss these characters immensely, but I can’t wait to see what Teagan has up her sleeve next!

⭐⭐⭐.25

enemies to lovers AND second chance romance!!! i loved the tension and the spice and the banter between holland and sutton. it was SO much fun, it had me laughing out loud.

the entire book was written so well and it kept the story going, making it that much better. holland and sutton had insane chemistry, banter, and angst. by the end of the book there was great development in the story and even the way their feelings developed was something i honestly really liked.

this was such a fun read, but i'm sad to have finished the series.

Another hit in this series!! The author has created more amazing characters that are so easily lovable and endearing. Sutton is a cocky playboy that comes from old money, and he is tired of always having his entire life planned out and getting screwed over by his family repeatedly, so he acts out and get banished from his own family. He doesn’t know what he will do next, but he knows it doesn’t matter as long as he has his freedom away from scrutiny and high expectations. Sutton was pure book boyfriend perfection because one second his cocky attitude will have you swooning then the next, he can have you laughing so hard at his antics. He has this love hate relationship with Holland since they have known each other a long time and always competed against each other until feelings got involved. Their back-and-forth banter had the tension so high that you just knew it would crash in an epic way and boy did it. Holland is trying to set her own path away from family ties, money, and never getting anywhere because her dad keeps her under his thumb while her mother tries to set her up with rich men. They have a lot in common especially when it comes to entitled family members and wanting to break free, but will their past always come back to haunt them? Is the anger they have towards each other too much for things to become more or can they work out this attraction and help each other? I love this series, all the characters, how Sutton stood up not only for himself but for Holland too. This author has way to make you swoon, fall head over heels in love with her characters, and laugh your rear off enjoying every step of the journey.

Listen, I love a second chance enemies to lovers more than anything else but this? I enjoyed it enough! I didn't absolutely love the relationship between the mc's, the banter was good but it was just missing that oomph for me!

Another amazing book in this series, it was a good final book of the Roommates series and I'm sad to see these characters go. To be honest, I had a hard time liking Sutton at the start, he was very egotistical, arrogant and just not at all a guy I'd like. This however changed completely over time and I of course fell for him once we got to know him better. Holland was more my type of girl from the start, hard- working, kind and a badass. I think around a third in this book it really came alive and that's also when I became hooked, I couldn't stop reading anymore and I flew through. I loved this book very very much and I absolutely recommend it. Can't wait to see what's next!

4/5 stars.
