In this short graphic memoir, Wong tells of her experience with pregnancy, birth and her first few months postpartum. Wong struggled with postpartum depression and feelings of isolation. As a mother, I found this book relatable. The book had a touch of humor yet still perfectly portrayed Wong’s feelings of failure and the loss of her normal previous life.
A must read especially if we want to as a society bring light to the difficulties women face in those first few months postpartum. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2.

Beautiful and simple artwork that pulled me into her small, closed off world of postpartum depression. Very intimate and utterly relatable.
