I can't wait to get my hands on more of these comics! these were awesome, and they supported the omnibus Alien novel I read very well. I really like the angle where Predators and Aliens come from the "same" space and semi-coexist together.

I would love to see the ET's from Promethius brought into it and explained - to me it would be something along the line of; the smart race of ET's have been at war with the predators for unknown eons, both races being incredibly scientifically advanced but the Predators choosing this hunter/pecking order life style over the scholar-is-ness of the ET's (Think Sparta vs Greece), and thus the ET's genetically created the weapon that would become the Aliens. Some kind of segway into humanity and how we got to Aliens being a sporting event for Predators.

Specifically with these comics, I loved the storylines (the art was pretty great but I was kind of hoping for more full page spreads of detail with the Alien) but I did get confused a few times - Would have been nice to have more of the world explained same with the Alien (I love origin stories) and this really operated that you knew all the players in the game already. Everything from the timeline to places ect. was hinged on knowing both franchises fairly well.

A mixed bag in terms of stories but strong artwork combined with an outstanding first story make this a must read if you are a fan of either franchise.

The original series and "The Web" are still quite stellar. The rest of the books are a bit uneven or goofy ("Eternal"). Still, it's nice to see some 90s era panels hold up quite well.

What the movies should have been.

I have always had a soft spot for this storyline. This book starts off with the classic story. As it gets farther along, it starts to wander a bit. I just want to hear the narrative of the people on Ryushi.
