Action Packed

So much goes down in this book that there’s almost no break. You get to meet quite a few new people including another spirit user! Be prepared to cry by then end though.

Come il volume che lo precede, questo libro è in grado di produrre su di me un effetto nostalgico, nonostante non l'abbia mai letto prima, in quanto mi ricorda i libri fantasy di quanto ero ragazzina, fatto che mi permette di gradire di più l'opera. Essa, infatti, se non per un particolare importante, potrebbe facilmente arrivare a 3,5, ma purtroppo esiste Dimitri e la sua relazione con Rose, che è abbastanza problematica e frustante. 
Lui, infatti, non solo è

in una posizione di potere rispetto a lei, ma continua a riferirsi a lei come <b> ragazzina <b>, cosa che significa che trova Rose, a ragione, leggermente infantile, ma non si concilia minimante con l'essere attratto da lei, non senza che la sua attrazione sia problematica data la differenza di età tra loro e l'età di lei

. L'unica cosa che rende molto vagamente tutto questo non irrimediabile è il fatto che lei sia vicina alla maggior età.

Parlando di cose meno importanti, all'interno dell'opera, soprattutto verso la parte finale i personaggi compiono delle decisioni stupide e, soprattutto in un occasione, ci mettono secoli ad arrivare a comprendere una cosa, che dovrebbe essere praticamente scontata. 

Cosa che mi è piaciuta molto è stato il personaggio di Adrian e le sue interazioni stupide, ma intrattenenti, con Rose.

This rating is reflective of how much I enjoyed this book when I originally read it, however I recognize a lot of the issues this book has now, and probably wouldn't rate it as highly anymore, despite really enjoying all rereads.
