C'était mon premier Danielle Steel. J'avais tellement entendu dire que les romans de Danielle Steel était stéréotypé que j'en fut agréablement surprise. J'ai plutôt trouvé une histoire touchante, prenante et émouvante. C'est incroyable comment la vie peut séparer les gens et les changer. J'imagine que l'aspect cliché de l'écriture de Steel paraît plus après deux ou trois romans.

simply one of those books that you can't put down. emotional, heartbreaking, absolute tear-jerker. great characters and great storytelling, i will not stop thinking about this book

Another great book from Danielle Steel. When I started reading books, I was a sucker for books that'll make you cry. :P After finishing this book, my eyes are red and puffy. One of my faves.
