This mystery took many turns I was not expecting at all.

I think the dreams/hallucinations and their indistinguishability from reality was the best part of this novel. As a reader, I was questioning if what was happening was real or not just as the main character was.

This book was written in a way that your imagination could take over and it made every description even scarier. By the end, I was tearing through the pages trying to read as fast as I could because I was so invested and curious about what would happen next.

I loved the book and its scientific way of explaining what was going on. It starts slow in the first few chapters but once the chapter numbers hit double digits it begins to intrigue even more. The last few chapters of the book are where it’s at though. Most of the book is Noemí’s theories and hypotheses on what is going on in High Place but the last few chapters are when we are given actual answers as to what is going on.

A pesar que no considero 3 estrellas como una decepción si me veo con la obligación de aclarar que no le doy más por un caso de "no eres tu, soy yo" porque si esta fuera una película no tendría mayores quejas, pero por alguna razón ciertos temas me gustan más  verlos en medios visuales que escritos. Y eso no es fallo de la autora.
