I don't know what to make of my reaction to this issue. Part of it is the difference in how I read it. Unlike usually, I did not read any earlier issues right before reading #4. So my memories of the previous issues are about two months old. And I suspect that Eternity Girl is one of those titles that is complex enough that it will probably make the most sense when collected and read without a month-long wait between issues, and which would have benefitted from that re-reading that I skipped this time. Or my reaction may have simply reflected how I was feeling before I picked up this issue, in which case I am sorry if it unfairly reflects this issue.
