really enjoyed this one! i liked the characters and their interactions and relationships. i do wish the romance had a little more build up and reason rather than just the remanent bond. excited for book two!

I like it though I have some minor issues with it. 

For example, how does the whole story ignore that Penn

dragged her by the hair

at the beginning. I just don’t understand how that was necessary at all. Or even remotely attractive.

Saving her life or not,

she should’ve shanked him or something once she got her strength up. 

What I do love is how Rhya makes wonderful friendships based on kindness and trust.
