Another great read. I loved the mystery in this one, and these characters are now just so near and dear to my heart. I'm so in love with them.

Another great addition to the series. Significantly different from the other books, and I'm regularly surprised how that can happen.

I bought this book not knowing it was the third in the series. I’m so happy because I’ve so enjoyed getting to know these characters. Read this series now.

I really love this book series. I love the 40s noir setting, I love the slightly sardonic characters, I love the inclusion of diverse characters in a way that does still feel authentic to the time period.

This story itself was compelling, and I found myself coming up with various theories along the way - none of which were the correct answer!

I did find the inclusion of the Olivia Waterhouse subplot a little confusing, as it's been a number of months since I read the second book in the series (was this even a continuing plot point? I don't remember!) but that is likely more on me and my memory than the author.
