This book was very entertaining to read, perfect for a teenage girl. It's the second book to the Princess Diaries serious, so Mia has just found out that's she's the heir to the throne in Genovia. In this book, she's still a freshman, and going to Princess lessons, and all she wants is a boyfriend. She finds out her mother is pregnant, and is going to marry her math teacher. And her grandma is planning an elaborate wedding that her mother doesn't want--or know about. Mia is a funny and amusing narrator, and the book is just fun. It's different that the movies, but still the same characters so you can relate if you've seen the movies.
