I liked this book despite many annoyances. I am liberal AF - grew up in the area she wrote this about and maybe that skewed my rating - but holy mother, we get it. Shhhhh.
And tbh, nothing really happened. It was just a family going about their lives. But somehow I was endeared to them. Totally worth it.

I typically love family dramas told from different points of view, but this one had way too many things happening to the characters. A whole family doesn't tend to self-destruct at once and it pushed it too far in the unbelievable category for me.
