Ugh listen at least this one was different???? Idk dude I'm just here (spoilers)

I wish there were more words said between Simone and Dante about her leaving rather than Dante rationalizing it himself

I also wish we had Simone stand up for herself AT LEAST ONCE to her parents and sister

I dont think her sister is an innocent party AT ALL she took her sisters baby knowing how much she loved Dante and that she was coerced into signing adoption papers to her. Her sister didnt stand up for her at all either which is so pathetic and cruel.

I don't care that she ""let"" Simone coparent with her, THATS HER KID and allowing their shitty parents to be in his life is just further proof that Simones sister is also shitty

I have a couple of issues with this book. Mainly the lack of character development and absolutely no relationship build up. The story was too shallow. More depth could’ve been added.

enjoyed this way more than i thought i would?? controversial but i LOVE a necessary time skip. dante’s brooding makes SO MUCH more sense now. idk these characters felt connected and deep and i loved the intense plot for this one.
